Placement is never a guarantee! While I do my best to keep people in the same places/accommodate placement requests, I simply can’t please everyone. Before you send me a nasty email/PM, understand that most markets randomly place you because keeping up with everyone’s demands is simply too much to manage. I’m only human and I do my best. Just because you aren’t front and center doesn’t mean you will have a bad night. Additionally, just because you have done X amount of markets with me doesn’t give you special placement rights. Again, I do my best to make everyone happy

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do your very best to read and understand the map. It’s simple and mostly to scale. Understand the brewery is at the bottom and the parking lot is at the top. Please don’t automatically hunt me down when you arrive because you ignored my hard work in making this map. I am two hands and there’s 40 vendors. That’s a lot of hands to hold. The day of the market, I am extremely busy preparing for the venue. If you message or email me, please be patient! If you message me and I don’t reply, reaching out via a different platform will not solicit a quicker response!
There will always be last-minute adjustments! I cannot stress enough, DO NOT STRESS! 😁 We are a successful market because we are relaxed!
No refunds or rolling over payments! If you have something come up, we cannot apply your payment to another month! The market is at capacity and some product types have a wait list. Please be committed before reserving your space!
We are rain or shine! Please account for inclement weather! This is an outdoor market in Florida, so plan accordingly!
FOOD TRUCKS – YOU CAN NOT PARTICIPATE UNLESS WE GET YOUR FIRE AGREEMENT BEFORE MONDAY!!! your space isn’t set in stone if one vendor is better suited to be in front of another, etc.
IF YOU ARE SETTING UP ON THE SIDE OF THE BREWERY, PLEASE UNLOAD IN FRONT OF YOUR SPOT AND THEN PARK. IF YOU ARE ON THE STREET SIDE, PLEASE PARK YOUR CAR IN THE PARKING LOT AND UNLOAD. THERE IS A LOT OF TRAFFIC FOR UNLOADING AND TOO CONGESTED/DANGEROUS
No solicitations outside your tent space! That means no passing out flyers, walking the market with products, or soliciting in other vendor’s spaces!
We do not provide electricity, tables, chairs, or tents. If you want illumination, you must bring your own power source! Small battery packs are available on Amazon for under $100. Great investment if you plan on doing markets regularly!
Tent people, WEIGHTS ARE A MUST! NO FLYING TENTS, PLEASE! Cinder blocks are less than $2 each and work great!
Set up starts at 3. The more we have set up early, the less of a rush right at 5, but please be fully set up by 5! Unload near your spot, but please move your car to the parking lot after unloading! The market ends at 10, so please plan on being set up until then.
Please make sure you account for at least 10 feet for each vendor before you set up so you don’t have to shuffle things around. The map is very easy to read!

 Finally, the market will only be as successful as its customers. We have an incredible line up for this market, so please do your part to share, promote, discuss, invite anybody you think would like to get out on a beautiful Friday night and support some of Oviedo’s local entrepreneurs!
