- We ship to all 50 United States from Florida. Sorry, we do not ship outside the USA.
- Shipping is automatically combined when you order additional items from our shop before Sunday at 11:30PM EST.
- We ship on Monday to avoid the weekend.
- For tropicals we recommend: Express to West Cost, AK & HI. 2-day for the Midwest, MI & NY. Standard shipping is fine for the southern states less than 1000 miles from Eustis, FL
- We can not manage everyone but we may ask you to purchase additional postage or hold your order for inclimate weather. We may cancel your order if we believe the plant may not survive the journey.

For everything else, it’s the exact plant you’ll receive, no guesswork and no stock photos. What you see is what ships.
No, we do not accept Klarna, Afterpay, or Pay-in-4 at this time. Standard payment methods through Palmstreet are supported.
Please let us know as soon as possible, we can easily cancel your order before it ships.
We do not charge a fee if the order is cancelled before shipping.
